I cheated a little on Friday and Saturday. :)

Unfortunately, I had a complete MELTDOWN on Sunday. I don't know what happened or why, but I went home Sunday morning and just kind of started eating almost everything I could find. Okay, maybe not everything, but close enough. I broke my No. Diet Rule. I ate sweets. Donuts, ice cream.
I am embarrassed to say the least. I am resigned to gaining weight this week. I pray that it is out of my system now, and I can once again move forward. Ugh........

Although I have pretty much kicked the soda habit, the smoking habit is back, full swing ahead. I'm just not in the emotional state right now to think of quiting all together, although it is a goal, its not my main one at this time.

Congrats on kicking the soda. Don't fret about the cigs. I know that is a toughie and if you are working on other issues, than that is not a good time to try and stop smoking.

I have found that if I allow myself to eat a little sweet stuff occasionallly, ..well, often..that it keeps me from going ballistic and pigging out.
A chocolate kiss here, chocolate pudding there...
although I havent exactly been doing well lately, two weeks with no loss, and actually a pound gain...This is my week to get back on! Let's do it!

I am not sure what my problem is this year. I just can't seem to get my will power to kick in. :( Must keep trying. This past week was a disastor. No more of those.
