It was an Alfred Hitchcock movie.
It starred Tallulah Bankhead, William Bendix, Hume Cronyn, Walter Slezak......
A group of people stranded in a lifeboat after their ship was torpedoed by a Nazi sub.
Then they end up rescuing the German captain and things go downhill from there. :o
