Vance and his wife spent only 3 hours in Greenland — all this time at an American military base.
They were forced to leave due to protests from local residents and a complete boycott from businesses.
They were simply refused service and were not allowed anywhere.

It would raise a lot of issues if he were appointed Veep, since there are times when the Potus has to sign over the office due to temporary incapacitation, such as being sedated for a minor medical procedure. That gives the Veep temporary full power of the presidency. And the Muskbrat, in that role, is not eligible. I would say the answer would be no, he'd have to appoint someone else.

Date: 2025-04-01 12:45 am (UTC)Yeah. There was a lot of controversy when Ted Cruise 'off to Mexico when it's cold' ran for Potus as he was born in Canada, but to at least one natural American parent. John McCain was born outside of the continental U.S. Barry Goldwater, who ran for Potus, was born in Arizona when it was still a territory. Something like the first eight Presidents were not born in the USA because it was still a British territory at the time.

They had fun racing, but couldn't figure out what happened ton the soldiers riding on the outside of their tanks when they got to the bottom!
