I just read that Montana's GOP Sec. of State Christi Jacobsen's office left Kamala Harris's name off the ballets that they mailed to thousands of Montana citizens living abroad.

Why bother spending money mailing them out? They could just announce they'd already filled out the ballots and submitted them on their behalf.

Yes and No. The Problem was not on paper ballots, and has been corrected.
