Wasn't SE NE where the Samsung plant was to be built?

I think this tech has great promise.

I don't remember hearing about a Samsung plant, but that doesn't really mean anything. LOL...

This was when the weird orange guy was Potus and the prev governor was in office, maybe it was Wisconsin.  One of those northern states, I don't remember.
