A Day In The Life.....

Well, I have Good News, and I have Bad News, and I have more Bad News.....

I stopped at the bank this morning to check on things with my loan request.

The Good News, it's been approved. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In debt to the bank for the rest of my life. :p

The Bad News, I can't get it until August 13th, which means I will have to rent another vehicle because I am only booked through the 12th.

The Bonus Bad News, I can't get the loan until my younger brother, who is one the house deed, either signs some form for the bank, or takes his name off the deed. It sounds like he plans/wants to take his name off the deed, but he lives in Georgia, so not just a simple run to the court house or whatever and sign some papers.

So who knows when I will actually get my loan and then actually get a vehicle so I can stop paying for rentals. :o

That is kind of good news. Always a catch though eh. :(

What about a Fax? Aren't they sometimes considered a legal document? Can the bank give you advice on that?

From what they have told me, I either need a physical signature, or I need proof that he is off the deed.
