Everything is what benefits/pleases him right now, that's always been his MO. He thinks it makes a clever sound bite to his base, and there are probably some delusional enough to kill themselves for him. But then those are fewer votes in '28. Not to mention the impression it leaves on their survivors/friends when they see the stupidity of people killing themselves for this idiot.

Hopefully come '28, his brain will be so far gone that his followers will see how much of an idiot he is.
