On a side note, unfortunately, they pulled a Milli Vanilli with their video for the song because they didn't think plus sized Martha Wash would sell the song, so they used a skinny twig instead.....

Oh no, Epic failure you say?
Well, don't beat yourself up, that isn't good either and it makes me hungry to do that. All we can do is try. It's been hard for me too. I have been about the same since January and had thought that by now, I would be about 5 pounds less.

At my best for the year I was down 10 lbs.
Today I am up by half a pound for the year. UGH...
