I really do love Rupaul, the drag queen if you are not familiar, but I have to accuse her of selective discrimination.

I am watching an episode from the UK version of Drag Race and it was the Snatch Game episode.
Snatch Game is the drag version of the old game show, Match Game.

Rupaul went around to ask the queens what celebrity they were planning on portraying.
One of the queens was planning to do Dame Shirley Bassey, the legendary singer of "Goldfinger" and "Diamonds are Forever" from the Bond movies.
Ru's first comment was to question a White person portraying a Black person.
In this day and age, it's an understandable comment, BUT...
Just a couple of minutes before when an Asian queen said she might do Posh Spice, a White lady, Ru never said one word about that.

IMHO...
Either everything needs to be taboo or nothing should be.

Did the Queen wanting to do Shirley Bassey change their mind?

It's interesting that in the spirit of standing up for individually that it often crosses into discrimination. It seems like a trend in society.

It really has. Strong opinions on both sides but yes, we have always supported BLM in the past.
