Oh my gosh, that is a startling temp to read, yikes!

We are in the midst of this weird El Nino and I kind of wish we had snow vs. all this dampness.

Yes, very strange. I was out raking leaves today and the neighbor guy said it was going to snow because he could smell it, hmmm. Is that a thing? I just dunno.

I've heard of smelling rain, but not snow. :o

We have some precip coming tomorrow. Not sure what it's going to be.

First hard frost of the season here overnight!

That was the coldest we had been, but we have had several nights below freezing already. :o

We're heading home tomorrow from Phoenix, and I'll have lined pants and a flannel shirt on, along with hiking shoes standing by in case of snow at home. The shoes I wore in Phoenix are practically slick and completely inappropriate for snow, which we'll probably be getting this afternoon and early evening. Hard to say how much from the forecast.
