Well, two weeks ago I weighed in and forgot to post it.
Last week, I forgot to weigh in.
So this week I was determined to weigh in and get it posted.
That said, I knew I had gained to the point of weighing more now then when I started the year.
I will blame comfort eating because of dad's passing.
So color me surprised when I still have a negative number in the total lost column.

Completely understandable, stress-eating.

When my mom passed in '21, I maintained my weight at 185, more or less. Early that year I was weighing 195ish but started using our elliptical machine and lost about 10 lbs in a little over a month and really improved my lungs. Then dad passed 13 months later, and my weight shot up to 195-200. And a futon mattress is blocking access to the elliptical, plus my foot is giving me big problems. I gotta start using that thing before snow starts falling, or I'm going to screw up my back big-time!
