Update.....

It is with a sad heart that I bring you the news about my Disney chocolates...

I just opened the package.

My chocolates that were between 18 and 9 years old had varying amounts of the white "mold" on them.

Sadly, they will be put to rest in the garbage bin now.

Here is how you can tell the difference between mold and bloom: Moldy chocolate has white fuzz growing above its surface and will feel fuzzy to the touch. Bloomed chocolate has a chalky layer or grey/white streaks on its surface and will feel slick to the touch.

I think this was the Bloom. I didn't touch it, but decided I wasn't that desperate for candy.
Besides, I have a post Valentine's Day stash if I am that desperate. LOL.......
Unfortunately, I am back on my diet and can't eat candy again. LOL............
