Well, I think we all know I am a HUGE Disney fan, so I have to share the FANTASTIC year they had at the box office in 2016.

In the USA they had 7 of the Top 12 movies.
In the World they had 6 of the Top 11 movies.

Out of 164 movie distributors they had just over 1/4 of the market share of receipts.

The Top Ten Distributors:

That's $3 billion gross for Disney/Buena Vista.

And they have what looks like a great line up of releases for 2017 too. Gooo Disney. :)
