Today's WTF Moment Brought to You By Tennessee's Legislature.....

As bad as this bill is, Tennessee also does not allow people to change their birth certificates, so a transexual can not legally be the sex they are meant to be.
Oh and Tennessee is also the state that is trying to ban saying the word Gay.
