In approximately 18 hours I will be On a Jet Plane... :p
But it's only 7 1/2 hours and I will be heading up to the airport. I am shuttling up to Minneapolis and spending the night at the airport. My flight is at 5:40 am and the first shuttle in the morning arrives at the airport at 5:30 am. Don't think I can get through everything in 10 minutes. LOL.......
I am really hoping I can print off my boarding pass before going up and get through security so I don't have to wait until morning to do it. If nothing else there are restaurants on the other side of security. The Minneapolis airport have NOTHING on the outside of secuirty. The only thing I can think that might keep me from getting through is if they won't take my checked luggage that early before my flight. Which reminds me. I need to pay for that ahead of time and save $2.00. lol.........

PLEASE forgive me if I don't keep up with all of you, my friends while I am gone.
I am going to take my computer and I think for my first couple of stops I should be able to get on line occasionally. However, once I get to Disney World I am thinking I probably won't get online. First of all they charge for internet there, and I am guessing I really won't have time to do it.

Once I get home on the 19th, PLEASE let me know if I have missed anything important in all of your lives.

Shock and Disbelief..........


Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter of Micheal Jackson.

I still say they could have saved a ton of money and I could have told them what the jury was going to say.
The man didn't stand a chance...

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew it was too good to be true.
I was able to print off my boarding pass for the trip down and pay for my checked luggage,
BUT.....
That sure wasn't going to get me through security and to the gates.
United/Continental's counter is closed up tighter then a drum. There was a little sign posted if you have questions or whatever please go to the counter behind carousel 11 in baggage claim. So I went down there.
The oh so helpful ladies down there told me that I would not be able to check my bag, "because of security" until 4 am. She oh so politely offered to get me a distressed passager voucher for a hotel, which I flatly turned down. I am not spending more money on this trip that I have to. Besides having to get a cab to get there and back and besides who pays for a hotel room for maybe 6 hours? UGH........
If the stupid airlines would spend a little money on their customers instead of their CEOs maybe they could keep their counters open all night and let people check in.
I sarcastically asked what good was a 24 hour boarding pass service if you can't use it. Which she promptly misunderstood, or didn't get my sarcasm, and said, Oh you can get your boarding pass.

I turned and walked away............

Trip is off to a wonderful start.
