Diet Update....

Well, I'm back after a couple of weeks.
I was bad and skipped last weeks weigh in because I thought I had gained too much weight.
I decided this week no matter what I needed to get back on track.
I have been really laxed about my dieting, so a gain is coming. Thankfully, when I stepped on the scale, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I am hoping to get back to doing some walking, if nothing else on my breaks at work.

So here's the news...

Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs

Difference This Week: + 1.6 lbs

Total Difference: - 19.2 lbs

I read the other day that the ladies behind the riotous Absolutley Fabulous are going to be returing for another 3 episodes.

I am beyond excited. I just hope that it doesn't take forever for them to come to television here in the States.
