Diet Week # 28.........

The Good News:
Starting today, I am back on my diet. No more messing around. I have some incentive. I was talking with my friend, Mary aka
seadolphin the other day and she said that I have inspired her to start eating healthy and lose some weight. Talk about pressure to get my own act back in gear. :o
The Bad News:
Yes, I have gained weight. I joked with a couple of people yesterday that I would be lucky if I was still under 200 lbs. Well.......
Today's Weight: 200.4 lbs
Total Lost: 70.1 lbs
I guess that is not to bad. After at least three weeks of not really dieting it could have been so much worse than just gaining 7 pounds.
MUST get on the treadmill in the morning. :o
