My Weekend.....
Sep. 29th, 2003 10:49 pmWhat did I do this part weekend? Hmm???
I left work Friday morning with the start of a cold. By the time I drove home, about 20 minutes I had shaking chills and a fever. I hate colds. I bundled up in a blanket and drank lots of liquids. I tried to get some sleep. When I finally decided to get up for the day I could barely talk. So I called into work and told them I was sick for the night. Oh darn. lol... Although it really isn't any fun being home form work when you are sick. That is basically how I spent Friday through Sunday morning.
Sunday evening I was feeling well enough that I decided I would go see the show I had a ticket to in Minneapolis. The show was called Urinetown. I know that sounds really odd and totally strange, BUT the show is GREAT!!! It is a riot. It doesn't take itself serious at all. It is the story of a town where a drought has been so severe that private bathrooms have been outlawed. And you have to pay to use public bathrooms. That is the basic concept.
If you get a chance I really recommend going to see it.
I am now back to work and I still have my cold. ugh... I hopw everyone had a better weekend then I did.
