Diet Update.........................
Feb. 5th, 2022 06:08 pmOne month into this year's diet and I missed my first goal but THIS much. lol......
Weight on Jan. 1st: 259.4 lbs.
Weight on Feb. 5th: 249.6 lbs.
Difference so far: - 9.8 lbs.
I think a soft goal is going to be 5 lbs per month.
Hopefully that way if things don't go amazing I won't beat myself up all the time.
36 days and counting with no pizza. :o :o :o
I think my first cheat day of the diet will be next Saturday. The nurses are planning a goodbye party for me at work. Sunday night will be my last shift on my current station. It sounds like they are planning tacos. :)
