What else can I say about an amazing movie?

I saw Brokeback Mountain this past Saturday. That movie deserves all the hype and talk that it is getting.
I agree with what I have been hearing, Brokeback Mountain is not a "gay cowboy" movie. It is a movie about a love story that just happens to be about two cowboys.

I went to a Saturday afternoon matinee and the theater was almost full. It wasn't just gay people either. I was surprised by the number of "older" couples I saw there. That is encouraging to see.

I just read that Brokeback Mountain won 4 Golden Globe awards. That is great. I just hope that the Oscars don't get scared away because it is a "gay" movie. It deserves better treatment than that.

Golden Globe, Done! Now I hope Brokeback Mountain cleans house at the Oscar! Until then, I'll stay with my favorite gay channel, the Q Television Network!

I would think the Oscar nominations should be coming soon.
We have Logo here. Kind of boring, but they do have a black gay version of Sex in the City, Noah's Ark, that is pretty funny. lol...

Alan and Ramsay (my gay best friends) went to see it and Alan cried his eyes out!
They said the cinema they were in was dead though.
I wanna go see it too, but Craig wont go with me! (Well he will but he'd grumble).

Yeah, I started to choke up. I am surprised I wasn't bawling. I usually do with sad movies. You have to go see it.

Its amazing that it cleared up at the golden globes, I was hoping that heath would win. O well. Should be interesting in oscar land.

It's only playing at 1 movie theater out of the 4 close by.

Not much hype, huh? That is weird.
It doesn't surprise me that it is only in one theater in the area though. They are really being slow about releasing. I think it is only in just over 600 theaters nation wide. Maybe another 200 this weekend. I only know of three places in all of Minnesota. lol.....
I hope you get a chance to see it if you want to. It is very good.

I want to see that movie SO bad.
I was supposed to go with my friend Zach.. but grr, we haven't had the chance to go yet.
I don't think it's going to be playing here much longer, we'd better get a move on!
And the older couples is very pleasent to see because they're usually the ones most stubborn about homosexuality.

You have to go to it. Even if you have to go alone, don't miss it. :)
That is what I was thinking about the older couples too. Especially around here. It is a VERY conservative area. I was glad to see people giving it a chance.

Yeah, it's very conservative around here, too.
California as a whole is a pretty liberal state, but the valley I live in is extremely conservative.
