The awful time has arrived. As of 2 am Central time, Jon is on his diet.
I now weigh more than I have ever known I weighed in the past. ALthough I do not weigh as much as I thought I did. lol..... There is a little good news I guess.
The official tally...

270.5 lbs.

I would like to thank all my friends that have told me I am not fat, but this is official. I am fat.

My goal weight is approximately 170-180.
UGH, that is 100 lbs.

The sad part is about 10 years ago, I lost about 75 lbs and over that time I have managed to gain that and a little extra all back.
ARGH, Why didn't I keep it off then. *beats head on wall*
