It's been a day of Good News and Bad News...

The good news came from the mailman. More Christmas Cards arrived today. :)
Today I got them from one of my nieces and her family.
I also got some from

cmcmck,

meathiel, and

spikesgirl58.
I also got one from a coworker and her family.

Now the bad news...
I took my vehicle in to my mechanic because the back door/hatch wouldn't open up. I had this problem before when I accidentally got a blanket stuck in the latch. So I figured something like that happened again.
When I dropped off the vehicle, I told him it was also starting a little rough some times.
Well, there wasn't anything stuck in the latch this time. Apparently the hinges on the door/hatch were drying out, and he lubed them up good. That sounds easy enough. Fingers crossed.
Now for the REALLY bad news... The starting issue is because my gas tank has a leak starting on the top of it.
He said some have metal tanks and plastic hose connectors, and some have plastic tanks, but metal connectors. I think he said mine is the plastic tank with metal connectors and the metal is rusting to a leak. UGH...
Well, that does explain the smell of gas around my vehicle lately. :o :o :o

A side dose of good news/bad news...
A coworker asked to pick up some of my shifts. So he's suppose to work working this Thur, Fri, and next Mon.
My vehicle will be sitting in the shop Thur and Fri. :(
