I had a Chinese Feast sans Cake... it was glorious (2 years since we had any really decent Chinese food at all).

Hmm, I wonder what a Chinese birthday cake would be like? lol.....

I know that they do a Steamed Sponge Cake with Almonds that is sometimes turned into a Birthday cake (by adding fruit on top like a cheesecake).

And then there is the one sold in Chinese Bakeries (and evidently also Korean ones):
