The accident saga continues...

I called my insurance company this morning per their request and made a statement about the accident. They said they would try to get a hold of the other driver to get their statement and then make their decision about the claim.
They just called back after talking to the other driver and they are dividing the blame 60% against her and 40% against me. According to them, if you are backing up and you can see a vehicle, you are not suppose to move from your parking spot.
SERIOUSLY???????????????
She wasn't paying attention and I am 10% away from being equally blamed? :o :o :o
I told him I wasn't happy but I guess I had to accept it.
Have they ever tried to leave a parking ramp at the end of a work shift?
If I sat and waited until there was no traffic in our parking ramp I would probably be waiting there for an hour or more.
I should have just told him to screw it and I will drive around with the roughed up bumper. UGH..........
