And to be honest - I question a mother who has a kid who is upset, and says "wait, tell me the story, while I make sure to film this on my phone so I can post it on my facebook".
I'm not saying bullying isn't a problem - it totally is. And if this kid is being bullied - that sucks. But it also sucks that his mother is super racist and it sounds like the kid himself has made racist comments at school as well.
And I don't even know what's going on with the gofundme page that has been set up - it all seems kind of like a play to get stuff from people? At least on the mom's side.
