disneydream06WOW, I finally finished a book in November yesterday morning. :o :o :o
That makes one whole book for the month of November. lol.......
I read "Incubus Dreams" by Laurell K. Hamilton.
It's the next book in the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series. The book was 722 pages of small font print. :o :o :o
As much as I like the series, this one was painful to read.
As you all probably can guess I am far from a prude, but this book was close to 600 pages of soft porn. Every page seem to bring another excuse for Anita to have sex with somebody.
I think Laurell tried to bring out every possible new power that Anita could have in this one book, and they all seem to require sex to have the ability to use said powers. :o :o :o
Seriously, the last 100 or so pages were the best part of the book, imho. :o
Sadly, two friends, that have read these books, make it sound like things don't get much better. :o And I think I have 13 more books to go to catch up to what has been published. :o :o :o
