I had another therapy appointment this morning.
He told me that he used me for a case study yesterday with all their other therapist.
They all thought I had a rotator cuff tear or some other related problem.
He got to tell them, Nope.
He said even their main shoulder person thought it was one of those two.
When he told them the presumed problem they were all surprised.
He said one of them, with a big grin on his face, asked if he, my therapist, hadn't guessed that problem. lol.....

We talked some of the upcoming EMG test on Thursday and he said he can alomst guarantee or was it bet, that it will show a problem with nerve signals to my rotator cuff. From his lips to God's ears.
But I am not betting anything after the rotator cuff turned out okay on the MRI. Ugh...

So how do you feel about being a case study? I think that is pretty cool! Maybe between all of these people, they can figure out how to help you recover from this!

Wow, fame at last Jon! Or at least your shoulder is famous! So the therapy chap thinks it's something less serious than Parsonage-Turner Syndrome? Wouldn't that be sweet!

No, I think he agrees with that diagnosis. He says obviously the rotator cuff is not getting electrical signals from the nerve branch.

It actually wasn't bad. Its tingly, and kind of warm, and the EMG tech was some hot hairy chest dude..... So bonus.

Also my therapy dude was some hot nervous around guys piece of man meat...

#time for a cold shower.

I guess you're the test case ... and I assume you're being treated by professionals at the Mayo Clinic. I remain hopeful for the neurology consult on Friday!

oh niiiiiiiice, you're a case study. Oh my... that does make you feel as if you're on of those rare cases where they want to have a lot of people thinking about what you're dealing with.

hmmm perhaps that's not bad.
