Enough is enough. I have to get back on my diet if it kills me. :o

I stuffed myself beyond full again yesterday.
I am sick of being so full I feel miserable.
Have I learned my lesson? I hope so. :o

Hey what is going on? Are you upset about something? Feel free to email me if you want. You might have to start eating Ayurveda-ish, I just lost 3 pounds. One thing that they say is, snacking is really, really bad. Their theory is that between each meal, your digestive fire is building up to digest the next meal. So if you snack it hinders you from absorbing the nutrients from the meals. I know it must be hard not to snack with your hours...

Falling into old habits of eating a big meal when I come home from work instead of a light breakfast type meal. And also started eating sweets again. UGH...

Ack! I hate the feeling of being full, I always feel best when I'm just borderline hungry, so it's hard to relate. I guess I'd make a strict food plan and stick to it, and avoid places where unhealthy food is served. You can do it!

maybe there is something in the stars. I have gained weight recently as I can see (without a scale) and since being here, though I walk all the time, I don't know how not to eat. Part of it is that I am home alot so I nibble on things like bread more than I should and I am not active enough. Several weeks ago, I found soy burgers so now I eat those for lunch on light bread (greek yogurt with cereal for breakfast though I just found out the one-serving containers of greek yogurt I am buying has 15 grams of fat in it...) and an OK dinner though the cheese, bread and lack of activity is causing this, I am sure. It's depressing even when I DO try to make these changes, simply because I came so far to lose over 100 pounds that I kept off for over 8 years so I DON'T want to gain it back! Sorry, I didn't mean to talk about ME here but I wanted to say I DO understand your frustration. The one thing though is to NOT Beat yourself up for it otherwise, you could go downhill. Just try to take control again. Start over. HUGS HUGS HUGS!

eh.. don't stress out over weight! Have you tried the apple cider with mother?? And then there's cayenne....and then there's lemon juice! :) lots of things to try and take and still get to cheat at dieting..
