I think it's awesome you can drink milk!! I love milk but you almost nowhere can just order it. All you can drink at events in our country is beer and beer and beer .. and oh yes, some soda too (like cola and fanta) and some water

Date: 2016-09-19 02:17 pm (UTC)Are the eggs numbered to see which ones break first?
Milk at events? Here it's even a challenge to find it in a teashop! (Except the cream to add to your coffee or tea of course).

Date: 2016-09-19 02:27 pm (UTC)Milk/dairy is REALLY BIG at the fair. You can get milkshakes made from fresh milk gotten from the cows being shown at the fair. :)
The pick a Dairy Princess and they sculpt her bust out of a big chunk of butter. lol...
You can pretty much get milk at almost any restaurant over here. :)

Date: 2016-09-20 02:03 pm (UTC)People say that "Hot Dish" is strictly a Midwestern thing, but that is not really accurate. People in the East make "Hot dish" meals, we just call them casseroles. But, you won't find Tater tot Hot Dish in the East, that is a strictly Midwestern thing. If I were voting at the fair, I would choose "chicken & wild rice". I make that often.
