Well, No. 33 came around a lot quicker. lol...
I finished up "Explosive Eighteen" by Janet Evanovich last night at work while my patient slept. :)
Stephanie Plum is neck deep in CRA CRA again.
While returning from a disasterous vacation in Hawaii, she accidentally gets an envelope with a picture of a guy standing on a street corner. After finding it when she gets home, she throws it away. So naturally she suddenly has CRA CRAs coming out of the wood work to get the picture from her, and none of them believe she doesn't have the picture any more. :o
Add to this, guy troubles with both Ranger and Morelli. EEK... Yep, she's sworn off men. AGAIN.
Or did she? lol............

Well, when I sit with confused patient it seems to be one or the other. Either they sleep the night away and are not problem, or they are completely CRA CRA and you have to physically keep them in the bed. :o
All too frequently it just feels like Adult Daycare. Ugh... So not what I started out as back in the Dark Ages. :(

Do you think you will hit 50 books this year?

From: [identity profile] thespian15.livejournal.com
I don't think so. The most I have read in a one year was 47.

I really lucked out that the patient was sleeping and there was enough light in the room that I could actually read. :)

It is tempting, but that's why I have my nook to read on too. :)

I remember one time sitting in a VERY dark room trying to read by flashlight, when I would look up from the book, I would be temporarily blinded by the light against the pages. :o

oops... so you didn't see the patients?

From: [identity profile] thespian15.livejournal.com
For a few seconds, no you couldn't. :o
So I put the flashlight away, and just sat there in the dark watching the patients and trying to stay awake in the dark. :o :o :o
I had to watch them closely because they were being monitored for seizures and they had electrodes in their brains. :o :o :o

So far I am just reading her main series. I think I might have read one of the side series.
I'm reading in order so through 18 so far. I think I read that 23 was coming out soon, so I am not too far away from catching up. :)
