That's good news, buddy! Ya know it's really all about total body composition...and if you were strength/weight-training, then lean body mass weighs more than body-fat %...for the same space/area...

I really should add a little weight lifting they always say that muscle burns more calories. At least I think that's the way it goes. :p

Yeah & Start w/ 7-9 overall single-multi-joint exercises/lifts...with a spotter if needed...and with slow, steady-greatly-even form! And it takes 8 weeks of lifting 2-3 days /week to see hypertrophy(muscle size increases) due to physiology and neuro-muscular-adaptation... & Due to the Progressive Overload Principle...you must increase the weight every 6-8 weeks until it is moderately challenging ...so get a gym-buddy & re-make your bod, Soon... :-)

If you gain more lean body mass, then your metabolism will automatically increase, and fat loss will also automatically increase too!
