Book Reading.......
Feb. 19th, 2016 10:32 amFinished book No. 8 this morning.
I read Before Tomorrowland by Jeff Jensen/Jonathan Case/Brad Bird/Damon Lindelof.
It is a prelude to the Disney movie Tomorrowland that came out last year.
It's the story of many historical figures/brains that discovered an alternative world and their attempt to introduce the rest of mankind to it. Unfortunately, the bad guys/Nazis want it for themselves. A mother and son get mixed up in the intrigue.
I really enjoyed the story. Perhaps more then the movie.
Now to sit down and watch Tomorrowland again.
Book List 2016:
1. Schooled in Revenge by Jesse Lasky
2. A Murder is Announced by Agatha Christie
3. Kicking and Dreaming by Ann & Nancy Wilson with Charles R. Cross
4. The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling
5. A Kingdom Keepers Adventure: The Syndrome:Finders Keepers Losers Sleepers by Ridley Pearson
6. The Carpet People by Terry Pratchett
7. The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame
8. Before Tomorrowland by Jeff Jensen/Jonathan Case/Brad Bird/Damon Lindelof
