Gained This Week: + 0.6 lbs

Small gains are better than no gains.

Turkey isn't fattening! Not if you have it with a light gravy and have something other than the fattening side dishes like stuffing, etc. :)

is turkey that bad?? If you eat sensitive with it, it's not said that you will gain.

Turkey itself is not bad, it's just every thing you add too it. LOL..........

you mean the stuffing?? Is it that bad what they put inside the bird?

From: [identity profile] thespian15.livejournal.com
I don't put mine in the bird. Takes longer to roast the turkey that way. :p

isn't -stuffing- supposed to be -stuffed-????

Suppose to be, but then the "powers that be" convinced everybody that it wasn't healthy to do it that way and most people stopped and cooked the stuffing outside the bird now. :o

You are getting back on track, congratulations. Yes T-Day is problematic isn't it? I think it is the trimmings and erm all the sugar that are so tough.

you don't gain from making the turkey - you gain from eating the turkey....and everything else.

Once again, not even a pound gain & still great results for the year!!

Turkey is fine, but it's the roast potatoes and the stuffing etc that have the high calories! This time of year it's hard to diet, the weather gets colder, there's Thanksgiving and Christmas too. So don't be too hard on yourself. Do your best and then get back on track in the New Year.

You're doing well. November/December are horrible months to lose weight, if not impossible. So just keep on going and soon you'll be back on track!
