Roasted in the oven, but not stuffed.
Turned out okay, but seemed to be lacking a little in the flavor department. :p

I put some carrots, celery, an apple, and some rosemary and white wine in the cavity, and then some olive oil on it with some sage, and then the rest of the wine in the bottom of the pan.
