I got up tonight and dad said I had gotten a phone call from somebody from The Stratosphere and they would call back at 7pm.

Well, it's after 10pm and no phone call. SURPRISE.........

I have had that happen with other phone calls.
If you don't have any intention of following through, don't bother to say you are going to call. Yes, my schedule does not fit the norm, but that's your problem, not mine. Ugh...
