Date: 2015-06-12 10:00 pm (UTC)go by what your clothes are telling you. make sure you wear the EXACT same thing every time you are weighed (hell, i take off all my jewelry in the dr office wait room because what i wear? easily a pound and a half. not to mention shoes, which are about another pound.)
keep working towards your goal, and don't focus on what could very well be a salt-and-water load from what you had for dinner.
