quit beating yourself up. if you're exercising, you may be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat by mass.

go by what your clothes are telling you. make sure you wear the EXACT same thing every time you are weighed (hell, i take off all my jewelry in the dr office wait room because what i wear? easily a pound and a half. not to mention shoes, which are about another pound.)

keep working towards your goal, and don't focus on what could very well be a salt-and-water load from what you had for dinner.

That's one thing that usually does get cut back when I am dieting. I normally eat a lot of sandwiches, that doesn't happen on diets. :(

Do you write down what you eat? If not, that might be an idea, that way you can spot what you sometimes do wrong without really knowing

I am not really sure what I am doing wrong.
I think I am reaching the point where diet alone is not going to do the trick. Really need to get some exercise going.
Doesn't help when I have to babysit at work frequently and I am not running around the station either. :(
