I had a feeling the scale might have an uptick this week, but this was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gained This Week: + 2.6 lbs
Total Lost: - 18.8 lbs
Depressed now. :(

But at least you figured out who the culprit was! I am obsessive and weigh myself every day on my digital scale, but that does feel obsessive.
