ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a feeling the scale might have an uptick this week, but this was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's Weight: 239.0 lbs

Gained This Week: + 2.6 lbs

Total Lost: - 18.8 lbs

Depressed now. :(

Only think I can think of is too much pasta? I made a big bowl of macaroni salad last Saturday and have been eating it through the week with suppers. UGH...

P.S. Oh I read above the mac salad, yeah those blasted carbs! The only bread I am eating now is - well let's just say i am trying to limit it :-/

I love bread and it gets me every time, or pasta :-/
I would love to go gluten free but I am allergic to rice and everything gluten free has rice in it. Not that rice is good for people.

But at least you figured out who the culprit was! I am obsessive and weigh myself every day on my digital scale, but that does feel obsessive.
