when i went by the post office on MLK day, there was a sign on the door saying the PO was closed because of MLK but also another sign for being closed to observe Confederate Hero's Day as well. Guess the state of Texas has been observing Gen. Lee's bday on Jan 19th since 1931. Just happened that both fell on the same day this year. I think MLK is a floating "holiday" anyways.
