A little late with a diet update...

Second week and things slowed down a bit. Still a lose though. :)

Today's Weight: 248.2 lbs

nothing wrong with making full rounded meals. That IS what you're supposed to eat you know. BUT.. you should make your portions small.
Just don't eat a massive plate. But you do need to eat entire meals. What do you eat in a day now that your dad isn't there?

In the morning it's a bowl of cereal and some fruit or yogurt. Or some yogurt and some carrots. Something along that line.
For supper, it was burgers and fries, chicken patty sandwiches and something, a big salad and something, corn dogs, whatever. :p

And lunch??

you should eat 5 times/day you know. Keeping your stomach busy makes you lose the fat way better.

I eat
8am: 3 crackers as breakfast
10am: a yoghurt
12u30: a salad or something small (as like 1 -or 2- slices of bread)
3pm: a piece of fruit
5pm: soup, a small piece of meat, veggies and the half of 1 potato
and add to that 1.5L water

burgers and fries don't really sound healthy you know :ppp

I'm sleeping during lunch time. Well normal lunch time.
It's hard to figure things out when you live a backward/nighttime life. lol...

I could live on burgers and fries or pizza. :p
At least I bake the french fries not deep fat fry them. :)

I agree that it mustn't be easy to figure that out, but it must be doable. The moment you get up, you eat breakfast and about 2 hours later a healthy snack, 2 hours later lunch, 2 hours later some fruit, and then there is supper.
So, doable, see? Perhaps try to eat a TINY bit every two hours?

French fries, burgers and pizza are NOT healthy food Jon! They're not just bad for your weight but also for getting a too high level of Cholesterol.
If Tienne eats fries, he's allowed to eat a handful and that's it and only ONCE/week he can have that. A pizza is the same. Just one/week. And I mean, that's on Saturdays when we're allowed to have something special. So fries ànd pizza in the same week is not going to happen
