Second week and things slowed down a bit. Still a lose though. :)

I eat
8am: 3 crackers as breakfast
10am: a yoghurt
12u30: a salad or something small (as like 1 -or 2- slices of bread)
3pm: a piece of fruit
5pm: soup, a small piece of meat, veggies and the half of 1 potato
and add to that 1.5L water
burgers and fries don't really sound healthy you know :ppp

French fries, burgers and pizza are NOT healthy food Jon! They're not just bad for your weight but also for getting a too high level of Cholesterol.
If Tienne eats fries, he's allowed to eat a handful and that's it and only ONCE/week he can have that. A pizza is the same. Just one/week. And I mean, that's on Saturdays when we're allowed to have something special. So fries ànd pizza in the same week is not going to happen
