i don't know about alabama...

but way back when, the evil ex was arrested with a male prostitute. he CLAIMED that what "really" happened was that he was giving 'her' a ride to the hotel they both lived at (true, he was living at a hotel then) and had to pee so he stopped in an alley and peed on the side of the building. then the cops came, and since the prostitute was actually a he, the charge HAD to be sodomy with a prosititute even though they had not had sex.*

so...i can sort of see it in THAT case (IF i was looking at it cross-eyed) as a charge for the johns of prostitutes. as a "you can't ever ever ever put your peepee in a nono hole", it's a pile of caca. ;)

*...however, later it all comes out that he was a frequenter of the glory holes in the Newsstands here in houston (they provide all sorts of adult entertainment) and would not tell me "no i never" as far as giving, which is why i cannot give blood, even though i have absolutely no HIV+ tests in over 20 years. the end.

Well, on a rant, I think all these states that don't want to follow Federal laws should be kicked out of the union and not given any financial support.

Gotta love the old, I was giving somebody a ride and just had to stop and pee story. LOL................

see, the problem with that is this:

you just put all the POOR people who need federal support systems in place in a world of hurt. no more federal money for their streets and highways? fine. but then you also have to now put up *federal* checkpoints on all the roads, AND make more TSA jobs with customs services in airports that have flights coming from those non-states. oh, and the guys who work the radar towers? federal jobs. you just made the skies less friendly, to coin a phrase.

not to mention all the taxes each of those states pay in. the BETTER thing to do is to stop letting big business of ANY sort have all these goddamned tax loopholes and bailouts, and actually bring the US back to what it used to be. because it's BIG MONEY that keeps these laws in place...and who has big money? big business.

(the evil ex is an ex for many many reasons. he lied to his fucking ONLY CHILD for about 8 years about getting his goddamned name changed, for christ's sake! WTF???? there was NO reason to do that other than HE GETS OFF ON GETTING AWAY WITH LYING TO PEOPLE. then he wonders why Miss Satan wants NOTHING to do with him. or any of his family.)

What is the first thing a city does when a company says they want to come to their town? Gives them a butt load of tax breaks. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So who are the only ones paying taxes? Us little people. Again, ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
