Diet Update.....
May. 28th, 2014 08:44 amWell, it's been a couple of weeks since I have stopped in to report here.
Last week was a gain. :(
Then I weighed in yesterday thinking that was my weigh day. Oops, it's Wednesdays. :p Well, yesterday was another gain. :(
So I got on the scale again this morning and surpringly/shockingly, I actually came down some. It's still again from my low of a couple of weeks ago, but it's better then what it had been from last week, and yesterday.
So, YAY.......
Today's Weight: 226.4 lbs
Gain for the Week: + 0.6 lbs
Total Lost: - 27.2
Last week was a gain. :(
