Well, it's been a couple of weeks since I have stopped in to report here.
Last week was a gain. :(
Then I weighed in yesterday thinking that was my weigh day. Oops, it's Wednesdays. :p Well, yesterday was another gain. :(
So I got on the scale again this morning and surpringly/shockingly, I actually came down some. It's still again from my low of a couple of weeks ago, but it's better then what it had been from last week, and yesterday.
So, YAY.......


Today's Weight: 226.4 lbs

Gain for the Week: + 0.6 lbs

Total Lost: - 27.2

Usually, but I get lazy to frequently I guess. :(
It also doesn't help that I spend many nights at work just sitting in a room with a confused patient. Not much exercise there. :(

Hey - it's only a little weight gain and lets look at the big picture - 27 pounds lost .. that's amazing! Be proud of you. Besides losing it slowly is better, you're less likely to put it back on. It's almost summer and you have a dog .. you have no excuse but to go for long walks :)

Yay for the loss!!!

I think we're both about even steven on the poundage now!! :) Though the past few days I've eatin just one meal.. skippin' over a breakfast-lunch something, anything! Time for some bananas! LOL!
