Carbs are EVIL...
Last weekend I stopped at the Farmers Market and got some homemade bread and some lefse.
I guess I have over did it in enjoying them. :(
Today's Weight: 230.0 lbs
Gained for the Week: + 1.4 lbs
Total Lost: - 23.6 lbs
