DRAT!!!!!

Carbs are EVIL...
Last weekend I stopped at the Farmers Market and got some homemade bread and some lefse.
I guess I have over did it in enjoying them. :(

Today's Weight: 230.0 lbs

Gained for the Week: + 1.4 lbs

I think it's also showing that I really can't rely on just the dieting part of my diet. I need to get my butt in gear and try and get some walking going.

You see me doing all my exercise - i'm not losing much weight (but I'm toning) so I really think that it's like 40% exercise and 60% what you put in your mouth ... it's hard though to break eating habits ... I'm finding that.

I think that's the tough part but once you change it then you have to make THAT a habit - then it becomes easy but it's so hard.

Normally if I am trying hard enough, I do pretty good until about September, and then I am usually going on a vacation and I fall completely off the diet. LOL.......

Farmer's Market can get you. Ours in Raleigh have a couple of bakeries on premises, and we always have to get two large slices of pie for that evening's dessert. There's also a German bakery that has the most wonderful, tempting things I want to get...
