I was toying with trying to talk my friend into going this Fall for another day trip over from Vegas, but I don't know if I will make it even to Vegas. lol.......

Hahaha. If you're going to make it to Vegas, you should start NOW playing a game on a smartphone or on Facebook called MyVegas. It is free and you just mindlessly play the slots and each time you level up you get coins. I guess eventually your coins become enough for a buffet or 1 night in a hotel or show tickets etc etc. All of my friends have been making day trips to Vegas to get breakfast buffets and stuff.
