Diet Update.....

I was way too free in the eating department and still not doing anything in the exercise department.
Not that it helped that I was baby sitting at work and not getting any exercise there either.
Kind of a balance of the REALLY good week last week. :p

Today's Weight: 241.4 lbs
Gained This Week: + 2.2 lbs
Total Lost : - 21.0 lbs
