T.M.I.

I slept like crap yesterday due to a little problem
I woke up after maybe 4 hours at the most with a belly ache.
From then through the rest of the day, until I went to work, I was running to the bathroom if you know what I mean. UGH........
I hope that's worked it's way out of my system.

I blame it on eating too healthy. :p Too much fiber, fruits, veggies, frosted shredded wheat. LOL........
I should step on the scale and see if it help. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
