Diet Update....

I have so got to get a grip on this diet. I have gained way too much weight back now. UGH...
My old eating habits are just too easy to slip back into.

Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs

Difference This Week: + 2.2 lbs

Total Difference: - 20.2 lbs

OT BUT: I've noticed that because of my doing all the weights (with my legs), I'm not dropping weight, but I'm assuming/hoping I'm gaining muscle.

I've been told it to. Doesn't make me believe it though, haha.

OT (because I'm not sure if I'm going to post about it):

Today's stats for weight:

Leg press: 100 lb.
Leg curl/leg extension: 50 lb.
Outer thighs: 35 (or 40 - can't remember)
Inner thighs: 25

*huffs and puffs about* 50 lb. on the leg curl and leg extension can blow me :O ...I'll probably be sitting on 50 for awhile. ...Inner thighs were a bitch too. ...Hell, probably going to be sitting on 20 on the arms (machine not free weight) for a while too.
