Diet Update....
Well, I am not sure how I did it, but I actually lost some weight.
I haven't been doing really well in the eating department the past couple of weeks, and was expecting to gain some more weight.
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs
Difference This Week: - 3.6 lbs
Total Difference: - 20.8 lbs

Not stop, just less and some exercise is the best way to go. I of course should talk. I so need to get my butt in gear and get some walking done. :p

I should be further, but I haven't gotten my butt out and done any walking yet. Well, that's assuming my foot will allow me to get out and do some real walking. :o
