The kiss that the Oscars didn't show.

Yeah, just convientantly missed. I find it hard to believe that there is much on that show that isn't planned ahead of time.....
They couldn't show it on tv, but at least by way of the article, somebody got it on film.

In my humble opinion, Hollywood needs to start admitting that they are just a wee bit homophobic.

In my humble opinion, Hollywood needs to start admitting that they are just a wee bit homophobic. - This. It's 2011, more and more people are coming out, and children are coming out younger and younger. I think Hollywood and the media should start reflecting and accepting that. Why is it always two steps forward one step back?

I think now that people can't openly hate Black people, GLBT are an easy replacement and nobody is really championing our cause beyond ourselves.

There was, I believe, a televised smootch between Madonna and (was it Brittany S.??) a few years ago at some awards show. For some reason, it seems The Media (not just hollywood) just has issues with men kissing & women get a free ride. "Selective Homophobis"??
