A Day In The Life.....
I is sicky poo. :(
Part way through work Sunday night I started feel chilly.
I came home and popped some Tylenol.
Watched some tv and worked a little on the computer.
Then I popped some Ibuprofen and a Trazedone and went to bed.
I woke up at one point with shaking chills and made a trip to the bathroom.
TMI? Being a guy and trying to pee with shaking chills is not easy. :p
I crawled back into bed and got a little more sleep.
When I woke up again, I was still chilly, but foreced myself to get dressed and go in search of a new thermometer and a Covid test.
Thankfully the drug store was still open and had both.
Came home and checked my temp and it was 100.4F/38C.
I've seen worse at work, but it was enough.
Then I went through the directions of the Covid/Flu test.
I dished up some supper and at first it wasn't going well, but I left it sit there and periodically would take a couple of bite fulls and eventually at it all.
I yacked with a friend on the phone for awhile and then I popped some more Tylenol and took a nap.
Ended up sleeping about 4 hours.
Maybe feeling a little better, but still feeling kind of chilly.

*hugs hugs hugs*
If you have a clean, dry towel, maybe put that on the bed and sleep on top of it? If you get sweats despite feeling chilled, that will keep you dry and warmer.

Good idea.
So far nothing really sweating wise except when I ran uptown to get the thermometer and Covid test.
But that was probably because with the shaking chills, I put a jacket on and it was fairly warm outside. lol...
Right now it's kind of feeling chilly, but as soon as I stand up to do anything the shaking starts in. Ugh...
Almost time to pop some more Tylenol and try for some bed sleep.
