The portion that covers my cyst removals is on there but before insurance covered anything, and it is OMg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! expensive.
Before insurance pays their share, the bill to remove my cysts was over $5,000.00.
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
